Upskill your workforce for free

This initiative has been operated by The Johnston Partnership in Cumbria since 2004 and is now available throughout the North West Region.  The initiative is funded by the Learning and Skills Council and the European Social Fund.

One of your employees could be trained for free to provide information and advice for other staff members. There are two levels of training available:

Learning Advocate

Trained to interview colleagues, advise on individual learning needs and opportunities and promote a learning culture in your company.

Learning Supporter

Trained to publicise new learning opportunities to colleagues.

On-going support is provided via newsletters and meetings to keep your employees up-to-date with FREE training opportunities.

The training is fully funded for non-unionised companies without Investors in People status.

Disability support and interpretation is available from us as required.
